You do not have to wait until after your baby is born to meet with a lactation consultant. Book a prenatal consultation to review your health history, identify any risk factors for lactation, learn about how different labour and birth practices can impact milk production and develop an individualized care plan that you can begin to use immediately after your baby is born to optimize your success in breastfeeding.

During this 1-1.5 hour session, we will discuss your history, from pregnancy to labour, delivery and what happened during the first hours and days of your baby’s life. We will address the the current challenges you are facing and identify your goals for feeding and nurturing your baby. You will recieve an individualized care plan wtih a summary of our discussed solutions. This session includes text support for one week after the visit.

For those who prefer virtual visits. Breastfeeding coaching including positioning and latch, techniques to improve latch, signs of a good feeding and specific strategies to overcome challenges you are facing. We will work together on solutions to help you reach your breastfeeding goals.

Three 45 minute sessions used within 3 weeks. For when you need some more regular support. In-person and virtual both available.

Lactation 101

$110/pregnant parent

Learn the basics of human lactation and prepare for success in breastfeeding in this 1.5 hour class. Private or group classes available. In-person and virtual classess both available. Suitable for expecting parents and support partners.

Full circle package

$467.50 (save $45)!

This package includes a virtual or in-person breastfeeding class before baby is born, 60 minutes of telephone, virtual or in-person support within the first 72 hours of your baby’s birth or discharge home and two 45 minute in-person or virtual follow up sessions within the first 6 weeks of the baby’s life.
